The entrance
gates lead onto a long gravel driveway with parking for 4
or more cars with shade provided by tall pine trees.
Patios surround
the villa on three sides and can be accessed from all the
downstairs rooms. The patio nearest to
the main entrance gets sun from early morning through to the
afternoon and has a fitted barbecue with built in chimney.
Exterior lighting is fitted so evening meals can be enjoyed
by the barbecue. Two large patio tables with 12 chairs
are provided.
There are
extensive secure gardens, where children can play and cycle,
and which can be lit at night. A boules court, table
tennis, swing, and a range of children's and adult bikes are
for guests' use.
The pool, with
Roman-style steps, is fitted with French approved pool alarm
for child safety and is surrounded by a sun terrace which equipped
with 6 sun loungers, and a large hanging parasol.
