Accommodation

Downstairs: The entrance hall opens into the main living area with its high ceiling and exposed beams. Along the hall is the WC, family bathroom, kingsize bedroom, and twin bedroom (which includes a collapsible third bed and 2 cots).  A further double bedroom has an ensuite shower room/WC and opens directly on to the pool patio. Upstairs: double bedroom with french doors to a south facing balcony where you can enjoy quiet breakfasts in the sun, a twin bedroom, and another family bathroom and separate WC. 

All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and chest of drawers, except the main bedroom which is furnished with traditional walnut floor standing furniture and also has its own satellite TV.

The kitchen, off the entrance hall, is fully equipped with induction hob, fitted oven, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge/ freezer and table for four.  The rear door from kitchen leads to utility room with washing machine and condenser dryer, and access to the cellar.

The dining room has oak furniture with an extending table seating up to 10. In the living room there are plenty of reading books, indoor board games, DVDs and childrens videos, UK satellite TV, and a quality home cinema surround sound audio system, these provide a comfortable relaxed country holiday for all ages.
